How do I get the TRULY YOU emails to go to my inbox and not my junk folder?

To ensure TRULY YOU emails get to your inbox instead of being filtered, you can safelist us in your email system. To get directions on how to do this for most email providers, iOS and Android devices, follow THIS LINK.

It is recommended to use a private email address. Avoid using emails from your work, school, church, or other organizations. Often times they have filters that block emails from our system.

You can also check the SPAM settings for your email. Some providers have very aggressive filtering that may block what they consider SPAM before it gets to your mailbox.

How long should I expect to see an answer to my question in Ask a Coach?

Depending on the amount of questions coming in, it will normally be answered in 2 – 4 days.

Can I schedule my sessions a month in advance?

Yes, just make sure you schedule only the number of sessions you have paid for each month. You can schedule months in advance for your convenience.

If more sessions have been scheduled in a particular month, the extra sessions will be canceled. You will receive an email of the deleted session.

You are responsible to schedule your sessions each month and only the number you have chosen by the level you have chosen. 

Coaching sessions do not roll over to the next month for any reason. Unfortunately, we are unable to allow a stock pile of coaching sessions.

Coaching sessions do not roll over to the next month for any reason. Unfortunately, we are unable to allow a stock pile of coaching sessions.

If you started your membership February 25th, you have until March 24th to schedule your first months worth of coaching sessions. March 25th is the first day of your next months worth of sessions.

Can I reschedule my coaching sessions without losing any?

Yes, you can reschedule any of your coaching sessions within the month to reach the number of sessions for your chosen level. You will not lose them. 

You will not receive more sessions than you have available each month for your chosen level.

What do I do if I need days and times not available?

How can I change my membership level?

You can change your membership level by contacting MEMBERSHIP LEVEL CHANGE REQUEST FORM.

To switch to a new level, you will lose the package you currently have including all of your coaching sessions left over for the month along with any future scheduled sessions.

My suggestion is to use all of your coaching sessions and then switch levels.

When you switch levels, you will receive a new package with a years worth of sessions with a new starting date. Your next scheduled renewal will renew at that new monthly level rate and new date each month.

When switching to a new level, we do not pro-rate any unused coaching sessions for any reason. 

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel by submitting the CANCELLATION REQUEST FORM. 

It can take up to 24 hours, but we will cancel for you as soon as we can. If you are scheduled to be charged again within 24 hours, then you should expect to be charged for that month. You will not be charged again after that. We do not issue refunds or pro-rate for any reason. You will lose all of your future coaching sessions and any scheduled sessions will be canceled. My suggestion is to receive your coaching for the month first and then cancel your membership. Please note if you cancel and then choose to return, you will be required to return at whatever the current rate is at when you choose to return.
